My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

http://www.valleydogs.org/dogs/ambrey.html --
*Ambrey "found us" (her foster family) on Christmas Day while walking
*She is estimated to be around 1 year old
*Ambrey knows how to sit quite well!
*She is 100% potty trained - not a single accident
*Zero aggression/possessiveness toward food, bones, chews, dogs
*No idea about her experience w/ cats, but she is a little to interested
*She has a gorgeous Brindle coat
*Perfect white teeth
*She weighs 40 lbs
*She is super playful - would love lots of walks, still has lots of puppy energy - what's great is that she will easily calm down if you get down to her level, talk calmly to her, give her some attention and love
*loves chew rope toys and large rawhides and toys in general, very playful and goofy; she "pounces" at her chews before settling in with them, it's the funniest thing (see video)
*Her only "bad habit" (a matter of opinion) is that I think someone taught her to "hug", in other words, to jump up at your waist
*She will walk on a leash, but needs to work on pulling
*She LOVES to cuddle, is very affectionate and loving, she is confident and isn't shy; she has very soulful eyes and when you look into them, you can truly see who she is...and that all she really wants is to love and be loved, and she really is trying to please (she's so sweet!)
*She wags her tail when meeting other dogs and seems just great w/ other dogs; would be best w/ other dogs her same size, only bc she is so strong

Bottom line is: she is a loving, super, engaging, energetic, fun, goofy, pretty, smart, cuddly dog...who just needs someone who will spend time w/ her...work with her consistently, be patient...and commit to her for life. And that's it :)!
