I’m housebroken and have really short hair. I’m a Staffordshire Terrier, but more than anything else I’m a lover. I’m a little overweight right now but my foster mom is trying to help me trim my waistline. However, when I give her that Qute look I usually get some extra chicken! My foster mom doesn’t feed me dog food – she makes my food out of chicken, kale, carrots and beans. I really like this stuff! Oh and I do get other treats from time to time. I love bones from the butcher. I think she’s going to the butcher today to get me a bone!
I LOVE my ball and my little kiddie pool. I will chase the ball ‘til your arms get sore. I might need to take a dip in the pool a few times between throws to cool down.
My ideal home is with a loving owner who is at home at least part of the day to give me love. If you’re working from home I will lay at your feet and keep you company. When you need to take a break from the computer and phone – we can go PLAY BALL! I love to sleep in your bed with my own pillow or if you don’t like that I’ll sleep beside the bed and make sure you’re okay all night long. I do love lots of kisses and belly rubs and give kisses back if you will let me. I am very sensitive and my feelings get hurt sometimes. I’m just unsure about what is going to happen to me. I really need a yard with grass and someone who can spend time with me during the day. I love to go on walks – sometimes you walk me and sometimes I’ll walk you! I am a people person, a person in dog clothes. I’d like to be in a one dog home as it was only me with my owner who passed away – I’m used to a lot of attention. I really miss him but know that there is someone out there (hopefully in Arizona) who will love me as much as he did. If my perfect home is farther away we can arrange transportation.
Oh and btw – my foster mom said she would like to visit me from time to time – I hope that’s okay! She said I can also stay with her for any trips you can’t take me on. I do like to go camping, especially by a lake. Don’t forget to bring my ball to throw.
I am a young 10 years old and have some good loving years left and want to share them with a new mom or dad in a very stable home. My foster mom said she wants the BESTEST home for me – please let her know if you want to meet me.
