I'm 1 1/2 years old and I'm a very sweet Labrador-Pit Bull mix.

Even though I was abandoned as a puppy I have become quite well adjusted and trusting. When I was younger I would sleep by an irrigation canal. But, now I like to sleep by my mom's bed. There was a time in my life when I even used to visit church where I would follow a kind lady from the neighborhood who sometimes gave me some food.

Now I'm very healthy and weigh about 48 lbs.

Even though I had a rough start, I will be a wonderful addition. I really appreciate kindness and attention. And, I'm in heaven when my belly gets rubbed and my ears and neck scratched. I am proud to say that I am mellow, well-mannered and easy-going. But, don't be fooled. I'm also a very smart girl.

I have fun playing with other dogs, though I'm about curious towards cats. I'm not too good around young children.

Some other things that you'll like about me are I'm housebroken and I don't shed much. I have beautiful short, black hair. I hope you won't judge me by my early beginnings. I will help fill your home with love and companionship.
