Bud-E's Info...

Bud-E's Story...
Hello. I am Bud-E or Buddy as you like. I am a Chocolate Lab and sweet as can be! I was adopted but my owner passed away suddenly! I love other dogs and love to play with them as long as we they don’t get too rough. I bond with my humans and am a great dog for hiking (as my dad took me hiking daily), running, etc... I like men more but am learning to trust women, but children I am not fond of! I have been trained and know the basic commands and am good at them. I am house trained so no accidents from me! I come with a special bed so I know when to go to my place and I love my bed.
My friend Clarence and I hang out most of the day just waiting for you to come get us and take us on a hike or a drive. We love people and just want to be with you.

So, if you are a single person or a couple without children, I would love to be your new family member!

Please contact my mwest@valleydogs.org to schedule a day for all of us to meet!

If you think I might be a good match for your family, please email me at: mwest@valleydogs.org and visit my personal web page:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bud-E, a Gilbert Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
