Lucky's Story...
Lucky was raised in tough conditions but is now a very very happy boy. He LOVES his ball. Happy!

Look at his eyes. Beautiful. Lucky is in a home with many other dogs and just loves to play. He is good with older children as he will herd smaller children. He has trouble getting along with his canine friends so it is better he is an only dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucky, a Gilbert Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
