Here's what the humans have to say about me:
http://www.valleydogs.org/shorty.html -- Shorty was rescued from animal control by a US Military Veteran who now is in a battle for his life. Unfortunately he has but a few months to love. So, Hope needs a new home ASAP.
Shorty has been taken in under Valley Dogs support wing Veterans and Their PetsSM
Her dad was one of the first Veterans helped by this support organization about 18 months ago and now he needs all of us to help again. We need to step up and save his 4 dogs. They are his life and he must ensure they are safe ASAP.
Shorty is a beautiful puppy. Just 12 weeks old as of September 15. He is going to be a BIG boy. At 12 weeks he is pushing 25 pounds!
We are guessing St. Bernhard / Mastiff / Mountain dog? His paws are huge! We are guessing at 80 to 100 pounds as an adult. He submits to the other dogs but, his puppy energy and size is giving him an advantage. So, he needs a new pack leader that can show him the way.
Would you like to help a Veteran? Can you rescue his dog?
