Max's Story...
This is Max. He is one big boy. Max is a pure breed English Mastiff. He requires a strong pack leader who will show him his position in the pack. Max is a great dog but protective of the home and family.

Due to his size and protectiveness he needs to be in a family with children over 16. He loves his balls and to romp and play with his leaders. All he wants is a human to love.
Once he has bonded to you, he will LOVE you for life. He'll play with you, give kisses, loves tummy rubs and playing in the baby pool. He is pretty much a BIG LOVE BUG Once he trust you.

We do not have a kennel / shelter type of facility. We believe the most effective and successful way to match families and pets is to foster them in our own homes. Ultimately fostering our rescue animals in homes rather than a kennel environment allows us to give you complete information on the pet's behavior and how well he / she will fit with your family and lifestyle.

At Valley Dogs we make every effort to place the right animal in the right home. To aid in this goal, we use trained Adoption Consultants to help you select the best match for your lifestyle. You will meet with an Adoption Consultant and discuss your lifestyle, activity level, expectations, likes/dislikes, and past experiences with animals. Your consultant will then recommend the best match for your family and your lifestyle.
