Here's what the humans have to say about me:
For his final years -- Blue needs a loving home .... For those who love dogs, especially seniors.... Blue Boy was literally within hours of being put to sleep at a crowded animal control before Dogworks took him into rescue. His previous family placed him into the dog pound stating he was 7yrs old. We believe Blue Boy to be about 10 yrs. He is a 75 pound Labrador Retriever Mix --- He is a mix, but with what we do not know. Weight loss of about 5 pounds needed. We found him to have had prior dental work with only 4 teeth remaining. These were in bad shape = infected. This has been addressed and currently Blue hasn't any teeth. May need either moisten dry dog food or canned. Also our vet started him on thyroid medication....which costs between $10-$12 per month. Affectionate, happy boy. He's been good with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats. Adoption fee (negotiable) includes: neuter, vaccine update, heartworm check (neg) and G.I. worming. Adoption fee $90.
