Note: We are not a non-profit 501-C3. Cats on the Horizon was started in 2017 with the idea that cats lives matter. I have a small group of rescue contacts who volunteer my time with foster in-take, TNR (trap neuter release) and adopting out cats in need of a good home. Our Mission Statement: To save cats lives through education, rescue, fostering and adoption.
