My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Geoffrey! This little puppy nugget (8 months old in December) is a Terrier mix large breed and currently weighs 6 pounds and growing. His foster Mom says he is a silly willy pup who loves people, especially kids, and cuddling with them and sleeping the big bed. He loves toys and playing in the yard with his foster siblings. He wears his collar proudly but has not figured out how to walk on a leash yet. Not unexpectedly he is not housebroken and will need a patient adopter to work with him on his house manners, basic training and leash walking. He is a lovable little boy who is ready for his next adventure. Maybe with YOU?! If you are interested in adopting Geoffrey, please complete an application through our website, www.floridacockerrescue.org. His adoption fee is $250.

More about this rescue

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.

FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
