My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everybody!!! My name is Chloe and I am a 4 year old / 30 lb cocker girl with lots of love to give and living to do. I was found wandering the rural roads of dade county in the middle of the night when a kind lady picked me up and brought me to safety. My owners never came to claim me and that's ok with me---they didnt take very good care of me since I was covered in mats so much so they couldn't tell if I was a boy or girl---but I'm ALL girl! I also had 2 cherry eyes that have since been surgically fixed by the FCCR vet team ...I went to an eye specialist but sadly my vision is not going to improve any - I am vision impaired as I am blind in one eye and have an inoperable cataract in the other. Foster mommy says I have great house manners, walk great on a leash, like other dogs, love my humans, not crazy about cats, and love FOOD! I'll do anything for a treat LOL....oh and one more thing---I look beautiful in PINK -foster mom says it's my color!!! If interested in being my pawrent please fill out an application at www.floridacockerrescue.org ADOPTION FEE : $325.00

More about this rescue

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.

FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
