My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Angelina — a joyful, one-of-a-kind sweetheart with a heart full of love

At just 1 year old, Angelina has already shown incredible courage. Despite a brain injury she suffered as a puppy, this resilient girl radiates happiness and gratitude every single day. She takes daily medication to help manage her seizures, which are mostly under control, and she continues to live life with a playful sparkle in her eyes.

 Angelina’s Wonderful Personality:

  • Bursting with joy—she loves to zoom, spin in happy circles, and play with other pups (or entertain herself with toys!).

  • A total cuddlebug who enjoys snuggling in bed and soaking up love and attention.

  • Super food-motivated, making her both trainable and eager to please.

  • A natural adventurer who adores car rides and new experiences.

 Her Ideal Forever Home:

  • A loving family ready to embrace her quirks and support her medical needs with patience and care.

  • A home with other friendly pets or kindhearted kids—she’s currently thriving with dogs, cats, and children in her foster home!

  • Someone who will treasure her for exactly who she is: a joyful, affectionate, and truly inspiring soul.

Angelina has overcome so much and continues to spread joy wherever she goes. She’s ready to meet the family who will see her strength, love her endlessly, and celebrate her beautiful, one-in-a-million spirit.

Additional adoption info

All of our dogs and cats come spayed/neutered and vaccinated! Some of the pups will only have their first round of shots and may need rabies if they are under 3 months old. But other than that, these babies come ready to go! Our adoption fees vary, please inquire about each dog's individual fees. We do have cats and kittens available from time to time, so please inquire if you are looking for a feline pal! With their vetting, flights and care, we only ask for the adoption donation to help offset costs and make sure our adopters are serious. We love our rescues like we love our family. They mean the world to us and we just want to see them in good loving homes! And please check back as we are always adding new rescues to this page.

More about this rescue

We approach each every situation with an open mind. We work to build respect and trust with the partners, communities and countries we work in. With their acceptance, we build a plan together to meet the most pressing issues. We listen, learn and solve the needs together. We look for solutions that are integrated, scale-able, and sustainable. At Compassion Kind, we work with governments, institutions, local leaders, civil society organizations, foundations and businesses around the world to ensure that the most vulnerable beings are heard, and that they get the assistance they need to sustain from within the communities. Our teams and partners advocate for capacity building training and grass roots techniques so we make a lasting impact, create measurable change and operate as efficiently as possible.
