My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Quinnie Jean`s Compatibility:
Dogs - Meet & Greet
Cats - Passed her cat test!
Kids - Yes!

Quinnie Jean has been through more than her gentle heart deserves, but she’s still one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. She was adopted once and recently found her way back to us after turning up as a stray at another shelter. Thankfully, she’s safe here now, and we’re determined to find her the loving, stable home she’s been waiting for.

Quinnie is a sensitive soul who thrives in a calm, patient environment. She’s wonderful with kids and has such a kind, loving nature. Her previous family described her as one of the most well-behaved dogs they’ve ever had. She’s housebroken, quiet indoors, and full of affection. She loves to cuddle and be near her people, but shelter life is hard for her. It’s a little too busy, so she’s spending time in an office where she can relax and show her gentle personality.

She’s ready to be part of a family again, a home that gives her the love she deserves and never lets her down again.

More about this shelter

With an open admission policy, a No-Kill philosophy, and more than 3,100 animals crossing our threshold each year, we have still maintained a 98% placement rate over the last 3 years.

This is an amazing feat for any organization…let alone one that takes in some of the most abused, injured and seriously ill animals imaginable.
