Meet Helly! Sweet little Helly was a frequent flyer at Upson County Animal Control in rural Georgia before RMG stepped in to get her to safety. This little girl had already been picked up as a stray 3 times and this last time her owner said they weren't going to come pick her up anymore, putting her at risk for immediate euthanasia.
Helly is a young, petite girl at only around a year old and barely 15 lbs. We know she's had at least one litter of puppies - just a baby having babies - but those days are behind her now! Now she can stop being a mom on the run and settle down into the life of a Pampered Princess just as she deserves!
Helly gets along great with all of the other dogs in her foster home and really wants to befriend the cats as well, even though they are a bit confused by her constant play bows. She's an athletic girl with some pretty impressive vertical jumping skills who is also extremely food motivated, so possibly a future agility star in the making? Helly is looking for a dog savvy adopter with at least one other playful dog at home and a securely fenced yard (wooden privacy fence only).
