Here's what the humans have to say about me:
RUBY has permanent tube socks on and we LOVE IT.
RUBY is patiently waiting an application with her name on it…could today be the day?🙏
Here’s the thing… RUBY may not look very “labby,” but she has the absolute best heart and we can’t believe she hasn’t been adopted yet. Her siblings were scooped up and are living their best lives, and RUBY is overdue for her chance at a happily ever after.💕
This sweet girl has been waiting her whole life for a family to call her own. RUBY is as good as gold - she warms up quickly and shows her love and affection without limits!
RUBY is:
🌟house trained
🌟crate trained
🌟good with kids
🌟good with other dogs
🌟an all around awesome pup!
RUBY is the very best girl. She is available for adoption in New England, NY, NJ, and PA.

Most of our Meets are done virtually due to Covid as well as successful adopters are often geographically distanced. Fosters and potential adopters arrange "Facetime" meetings.

More about this rescue
A Lab for Life (ALL) provides a compassionate life-line to abandoned dogs that includes a safe haven, medical care by a licensed veterinarian, nutrition (food) and a fur-ever family through adoption. ALL promotes the humane treatment of animals in the community.
ALL was founded in July 2020 by a group of dog advocates in central Oklahoma and
Northeastern US after some had been volunteering with an out of state rescue for over 5 years. That experience solidified a local organization was needed. ALL formed to rescue as many stray, homeless and owner surrendered dogs as possible by partnering with many state-wide shelters and rescue operations. In addition to transferring homeless dogs from the shelters, fostering them in temporary homes and adopting them out, we also provide behavioral and medical resources to people who are considering surrendering their dog in an effort to keep the dog in their homes and out of the shelter/rescue system.
ALL operates under the 5 freedoms for animal welfare.
We are a brand new organization and welcome donations!
