Introducing Carly (female calico/tabby with black, white and orange markings) and Wesley (white and orange male) both 10 months old. They are a playful, loving sister-brother duo who are looking for a forever home together. These adorable siblings are full of personality-chasing toys, pouncing on each other, and turning even the most ordinary day into a little party.
These two only had each other to count on in their early days, hunkering down under cars to stay safe and warm on the dangerous streets of downtown Phoenix. But they are very happy to be secure and loved in their temporary foster home now.
Carly has the typical calico disposition and is a little braver than her big brother. Wesley follows with curiosity always wanting to know what his sister is up to. Their bond is heartwarming and they bring out the best in each other.
While they might be a bit shy when meeting new people, give them a little time and they'll warm right up-especially if you offer a cozy lap or some gentle pets. Once the kitty zoomies are out of their system, they're happy to be scooped up for snuggles.
If you are looking for double the love, double the fun, and two built-in best friends, Carly and Wesley are ready to brighten your life!

Additional adoption info
Our Adoption Process
We have a clear and well-structured process in place to find the best possible homes for our animals in need. This process begins with you filling out our pre-adoption questionnaire designed to collect important details and insights from potential adopters and answer any questions you may have. Once complete, we move forward by setting up a visit for you to meet our cats in person. One of our Adoption Coordinators will provide a tour of our facility and introduce you to our available cats. Our adoption coordinators have extensive knowledge of every cat and can help answer questions about individual personalities, habits, and special needs. Should you decide to choose a specific cat during this meeting, we then schedule a home visit to deliver your new pet, ensure it’s a safe and suitable environment, and provide a care kit for the new pet. To support a smooth transition, we also make a follow-up call about a week later to see how everything is going to ensure both the adopter and the cat are settling in well together.

More about this rescue
Safe Haven for Animals was founded in late 2004 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill shelter, with the mission of providing as many cats as possible with a safe and happy home, preventing untimely endings to their lives. There is no time limit on any cat's stay, ensuring that euthanasia is a last resort reserved only for those whose health conditions are irreparable. The core purpose of the organization is clear: to save the lives of cats. The joy of the shelter comes from the adoption process, where our goal is to unite each cat with a loving family, thereby enriching both the lives of the animals and the people who welcome them.
