This pet was brought in by their previous owner on May 6, 2025.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Introducing Happy! This sweet girl can be a little shy around strangers at first, but she warms up when you baby-talk to her. Then Happy transforms into a wiggly, playful attention hog who's all about the pets and belly rubs. Although her energetic zoomies are spectacular, she has polite leash manners and shows no reactivity towards other dogs while out and about. So, drop by for a visit--lovable Happy is sure to win your heart!

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
