This amazing boy is potty trained, loves to play, and navigates his world with confidence and curiosity. He absolutely adores sniffing around and would thrive on fun sniffaris, exploring all the smells his environment has to offer. Toys are another of his favorite things – give Popeye a toy, and he’ll happily toss it about, enjoying every minute of playtime.
Popeye is microchipped and ready to find his forever home. He’s looking for someone who will see his abilities, not his blindness, and who will provide him with the love, safety, and adventures he deserves.
