Hi, I’m Willow! I’m a fun little gal! I’m super affectionate and can’t resist some good belly rubs. My favorite move is to adorably flop over at your feet (sometimes even right in your lap!) so you’ll give me scratches.

My size is perfect for both hiking and being scooped up for cuddles. And, I enjoy hanging out with other dogs.

All shelter locations are conducting animal viewing and adoptions on a first come, first serve basis. We are not able to move a pet from one location to another for your viewing.
The adoption fee is waived for all available pets in care and in foster homes. Standard adoption practices will still be in place, including background checks.

The City of Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department (AWD) expanded the shelter days of service to seven days a week with operational hours of 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and pet viewing from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m for both the east and west side shelter locations.
