My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Griffin – The Boy with a Big Heart! 🐾

Personality & Quirks
Griffin is a playful, curious, and super sweet one-year-old who just turned 1 on August 4th, 2024. He loves running around with his siblings, chasing toys, and enjoying his favorite treats—catnip and Churu. While he may start off a bit shy, once he settles in, Griffin will happily rule the household with charm and confidence.

Backstory
Griffin came to us as part of a litter and has grown up in foster care surrounded by his siblings. This gave him plenty of time to build his playful personality and learn how to live alongside other cats. His siblings, Wilson, Suede, and Tango are also up for adoption.

Special Notes
Griffin is litter box trained and will need a little guidance as he learns the rules of a new home. He’s an explorer at heart, so expect him to investigate every corner and make himself comfortable in no time.

Why They Need You
Griffin needs a loving family who will give him patience during his shy first days and then enjoy the playful, affectionate companion he becomes. He will bring joy, laughter, and warmth to your home.

Ideal Home for

Griffin would thrive in a home where he has space to explore, play, and lounge. He does well with other cats and would enjoy a feline friend, but could also be happy as the only cat if given plenty of playtime and love.

IMPORTANT: An application must be completed and approved before we can arrange a meeting with any cat or kitten. At Feral Today Friend Tomorrow, we place animals in homes that are the best fit for their individual needs. Adoptions are not first-come, first-served.

Because all our foster cats live in private homes, we require an approved application before scheduling any meet-and-greet. You can submit your application online here

Special Note: If cats are bonded or adopted as a pair, the total adoption fee will be less than the combined individual fees. We believe keeping companions together should be encouraged and supported.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to socialize and prepare abandoned, relinquished, or un-housed cats and kittens for permanent homes via our foster network. We also work to reduce the overpopulation of feral cats in the Metro Detroit Area through TNR to help homeless cats live happier, healthier lives.

Feral Today Friend Tomorrow began with one cat who was lost, alone, and hungry 3 years ago. She promptly told all of her friends about us. Now we are working to help cats and kittens throughout Oakland and Wayne Counties. Feral Today Friend Tomorrow provides foster homes and adoption services for those in our care. Feral Today Friend Tomorrow prides itself on providing loving and compassionate care for all kinds of cats, from neonatal kittens, feral cats who want to transition to a new indoor lifestyle, spicy seniors and all those in-between.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered, up to date on appropriate vaccinations, and chipped prior to being adopted to their forever homes.
