Betty is waiting by the door. When are you coming to take her home? She doesn’t like sharing with all these strange cats. She will hiss at them if they get too close. She is waiting for the human she knows will come for her. Vivid orange eyes demand your attention. She will purr at you as soon as she sees you. She is watching at the window. She is certain she does not belong here. She wants to go home to a place where all the human attention will be for her, she will have her own food and water dishes, her own beds and blankets and toys, and so many snuggle opportunities she won’t need to take them all. Betty was born early September of 2024. She is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. As always, cat/kitten adoptions are free will donation to approved applicants. ****The first step in the adoption process is to complete the application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org****
