Meet Sleepy Hollow, a wonderfully charming male dog around two years old, ready to awaken your heart with his sweet nature! This lovable pup has a distinctly endearing look, sporting adorable pointy ears that look almost too big for his head, giving him an irresistible, perpetual "who, me?" expression. Sleepy Hollow is past the demanding puppy stage but still carries the youthful enthusiasm to explore and play. He is a super goofy and playful companion who loves to engage with the world around him.
Sleepy Hollow is excellent at entertaining himself, often tossing treats and toys around and keeping himself occupied and entertained with something for quite some time. It is truly very cute watching him play! He does enjoy engagement, however, and likes people to join in on the fun and play with him. This smart pup has lots of cattle dog/shep traits, meaning he is very bright and very fun to do brainwork activities with. He would excel in a home that appreciates mental stimulation alongside physical play.
When it comes to affection, Sleepy Hollow is snuggly when he wants to be, but he is not overly affectionate if he is busy exploring the world—he maintains a great balance between independence and devotion. He is a bit mouthy when excited, but he does great redirecting to treats or toys, showing he is eager to please and easily manageable. Sleepy Hollow is looking for a home that appreciates his goofiness, encourages his intelligence, and provides the loving environment this sweet boy deserves.
