After Rockefeller was surrendered to Downey Shelter by his owner, we scooped him up to become a Frosted Face on September 29th. He is 13 years old, and weighs 82 lbs. Rockefeller is so sweet, so friendly, so cuddly, and not bothered at all by dogs or people coming in and out of our lobby. That has earned him the special privilege of being a Lobbyist!
This handsome boy would make the perfect snuggly companion for someone who wants a calm, loving friend by their side. Rockefeller passed his on-site cat test, so if you have already have feline family members, don't let that keep you from considering this sweet pup!
Rockefeller went a two-week Frosted Fling, so we could learn what he like in a home setting. His Fling Mom reports:
"Rocky is an easy baby to care for. He needs some assistance getting on or in things but otherwise he's well-trained and very loving. Rocky is fully potty-trained, gets along with cats, dogs. and humans with zero issues. He exhibits no resource guarding, no aggression, and no separation anxiety.
Rocky gives kisses, snuggles, loves walks, and even plays with our puppy! He doesn't act like a 13 year old."
Rockefeller is currently on a second Fling while he waits for a loving forever home for his golden years. Might it be with you?
