My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Jethro. Poor Jethro was rescued fully emaciated and needed some tender care to get healthy. Luckily, Jethro has gone from heartache to hope as he has gained weight and is now ready to find his new home. He is a lab/hound mix, ready to be your clever, sniff-tastic best friend. 1 year old Jethro would love to put his nose to work - exploring, sniffing, and adventuring are some of his favorite activities. Jethro came to us unsure of the world — but with love and tender care, he’s bloomed into a bright, affectionate, and adventurous young dog. He’s living proof that even the roughest beginnings can lead to beautiful new chapters. Jethro has completed heartworm treatment, is up to date on his shots and microchipped. To adopt Jethro, apply with a free application @ www.americanlabrescue.com. If you're looking for a smart, affectionate boy who will shower you with endless love and plenty of nose-led adventures, Jethro could be the one for you!

All our animals are brought up to date on shots, spayed or neutered prior to adoption. All adoptions require a completed adoption application, home inspection and a veterinarian check. The adoption fee of $550.00 covers all transportation expenses, shots, deworming, and spaying or neutering fees. Massachusetts residents are responsible for state quarantine fee, if dog si fostered locally a health certificate fee will apply and if a dog is microchipped there is an additional $40 fee. We have a return policy so that any dog adopted through our organization will be returned directly to American Lab Rescue and not end up in a shelter again.
