Meet Kenny! It's a happy time for handsome Kenny. One of American Lab Rescue's wonderful foster families has stepped up for this guy, and he is now in Connecticut!! After getting off the truck, Kenny is looking at Foster Mom thankfully, like he knows great things are in store for him! It's time for fun in the snow for Kenny, after he has waited for a long time to get his turn for a cozy home. Kenny's Foster Mom even got him his own sweater for the cold, because he came North just in time for a snowstorm! He is learning the rules of his new foster home and listens very well. Kenny's Foster Mom says he is very sweet, a gentle boy who is getting along perfectly with his foster doggy sibling Sweet P. Now Kenny will be able to find his forever home and get started on the best dog life ever! Foster families make it happen for these pups!
Since New Year’s 2025, Kenny has been patiently waiting for his chance at a home of his own. He hasn't let it dampen his spirit and now his dreams of being in a loving home are about to become a reality. Kenny is a 1 and a half-year-old Lab mix with a heart as big as his smile. He quickly became a shelter favorite thanks to his friendly nature, happy energy, and genuine love for people. Kenny is the kind of dog who brightens the room just by being in it. For some reason, poor Kenny continued to be overlooked at the shelter. American Lab Rescue sprung Kenny from the shelter and gave him his freedom ride out to a bright future. Now Kenny, who is very personable and sweet, is so grateful and happy to be starting a new life. Kenny is looking for his lifelong people, a family who will be by his side, share in his journey, and make precious memories together. Kenny is ready to catch up on a lot of missed playtimes and is looking forward to sniffing out new scents and exploring new surroundings. He is heartworm negative, microchipped, and current on his vaccinations. Kenny weighs 54 pounds. To help him write the next chapter of his life, apply with a free application @ www.americanlabrescue.com. If you’re looking for a loyal companion, a joyful presence, and a dog who will truly appreciate a second chance, Kenny is ready and waiting.
