11-9-25: "Hello everyone, my name is TEDDI, and I do thank you for stopping to read all about me! Well, let's start with how I got here, to this great rescue! I had the best home a doggie could ask for, and everything I needed or wanted, was happily given to me! I loved my family and they loved me, but they had a small grandchild, and we found out that I need a home with no small children. I didn't mean any harm to the child, and I was put in a crate on the porch and not allowed back inside. Now, you know once it's November and in the NC mountains, it starts to get really cold, and it wouldn't have been good for me, so they contacted my Foster Mom, and here I am! Now that's my backstory, here's my details: I am about 13 years old, have all my vaccines, am neutered, chipped and HW-! I might add that I was HW+ when my family adopted me, so I kicked the heart worms to the curb!! My current weight is about 27 pounds, and I do need to lose a few of those pounds, so walks would be great for me, and some great bonding time with us together too! I am good with other dogs, but cats unknown, and once again, I need a home with no small children. Now if you fall in love with me and have small ones that come around, just put me in my crate, I won't mind one bit! My crate is always clean and dry! My house manners are that I will occasionally mark, but with correction, I stop. I do love car rides with you as well!"
