My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you looking for a dog that will turn heads and at the same time have a great personality? Ellie is waiting for you! She has a cute face, floppy fold over ears, and striking dapple coloring! She is 2 years old, 72 pounds and is spayed. Yes, she’s a big girl. She’s stocky and solidly built. It looks like she’s been well taken care of. She arrived at the Mesquite Animal shelter on 7/10 as a stray. At first she strolled casually around the yard but then spent most of time hanging out with me. She sits for treats and takes them gently. She occasionally jumps on you, but she really does want to please. She’s feisty, lively, curious, tail wagging happy, friendly, and sweet. She’s affectionate and gives lots of kisses. She did have a strong pull on the leash, but she wanted to get outside to do her business. She will need a yard to burn off energy and then would must live indoors to shower plenty of love to her new family companions.
