Kaiser is a 5-year-old, 70-lb German Shepherd mix with a soft heart, a calm presence, and a deep love for human attention. He’s social, affectionate, and happiest when he’s close to his people. We hope to ease the problem of population overflow occurring in many of our shelters today. WGSR educates the individual on the importance of sterilizing the pet and providing superior care.
WGSR is composed of a network of foster families and volunteers. We are always in need of more foster care providers with the time and commitment necessary to care for these animals in transition. We are also in need of volunteers who can shuttle dogs from shelters and other sites to our foster homes.
