He’s a smart cookie — he already knows how to sit and walks nicely on a leash. Oreo can be a little hand-shy with quick movements, so a gentle approach goes a long way with him. Once he trusts you, though, he’s all heart and affection.

Oreo is perfectly crate trained and fully housebroken. He walks past the other dogs in the kennels without reacting or looking for trouble, and he’s not the type to start anything. In a one-on-one setting, though, he really prefers to be the apple of someone’s eye. He’s an excellent “only dog” type who truly thrives when he gets to be the center of attention.
