[DogName] is a COURTESY LISTING available for private adoption -- for more information, please contact the owner listed below. DO NOT apply through the GSRA website as this dog and owner are not affiliated with GSRA.Dezzi is an incredibly sweet and loving girl. She is a "senior," but she is definitely still full of energy and life. She loves going on walks and sniffing outside, but also cuddling. She rarely barks (maybe twice inside the house the entire four years I've had her). I tried crate training her when I first got her, but it made her very anxious, so I was not successful with that. She currently lives with a cat that she does well with, and has lived with other dogs in the past and done well, but she also does well as the only animal. Unfortunately, due to a change in life circumstances, I am no longer able to provide a good quality of life for her. She would do best in a bigger space, like a house with a yard, and with an owner or multiple owners who can give her a decent amount of attention, stimulation, and exercise. Feel free to contact with any questions or to set up a meet and greet. More about this rescue
Thank you for considering adopting a GSRA dog. We love that you are exploring rescuing a GSD. We firmly believe that the adoption of a dog is not one to be taken lightly. Because of this belief, our adoption process is what some would described as lengthy and can be emotional. If you are looking to take a dog home "tomorrow", unfortunately our organization is not for you.
