My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Peacemaker is a fun-loving, social boy who thrives around other dogs. Whether it’s wrestling, chasing, or just running around being silly, he brings the energy and keeps the good vibes rolling. If your dog needs a buddy, Peacemaker is ready to clock in for full-time playmate duty.

He’s also gentle, affectionate, and loves being with people. His expressive eyes and goofy moments make him impossible not to fall for, and his sweet nature shines through in everything he does.

Peacemaker is the perfect match for an active home, a dog who needs a friend, or anyone wanting a big-hearted companion with a soft spirit and a playful streak.

Come meet him — he’s ready to bring peace, play, and plenty of joy into his forever home. 🐾💛

More about this shelter

Pauls Valley Animal Welfare Society a 501c3 was formed to improve the problems of disease, overpopulation & abandonment of stray animals in Garvin County.
Our organization is made up of over 300 members who care about animals. It is an eclectic group varying in race, age, economic and professional levels and religious affiliations. We are, however, single-minded when confronting our community problems of animal cruelty and neglect, overpopulation and the humane treatment in which our strays and homeless dogs and cats are housed. Our goal is to relieve their suffering, do everything in our power to find them homes and provide a decent animal shelter for Garvin County.
