Meet Casper! 🐾

Casper is a sweet, energetic 10-month old mixed-breed puppy who’s 15lbs full of personality and love! 🥰 He’s fully housebroken, somewhat crate trained, but he’s getting better every day. 💪

Casper loves being outside, going for walks, and playing with toys 🧸 He’s a curious, active pup who will thrive in a home with a fenced yard, maybe another doggy sibling and lots of opportunities for exercise and play. 🐕 He loves to learn and is very enthusiastic!

Casper plays well with other dogs,🐶 unsure on cats. 🐱 When meeting new people, he can be very vocal and barky, but is not aggressive. He can be controlled, and once he calms down and gets a treat, he will be your best friend. 💙 He loves pets, snuggles, and being part of the action. 🥰

Casper is still learning his boundaries and how to ‘dog’. He is looking for a home to continue working with him on some basic training and exercise with structure to help him be the bestest boy! 🐶

OFR wants to be sure you and a prospective pet are the best match. We set-up meet and greets at the foster home to make sure it's love!

Additional adoption info

Each pet that is available for adoption is in a foster home for a minimum of 2 weeks after being rescued. This allows the animal to decompress and show their true personality, which in turn helps us find their best match.

Based in Rochester, NY our mission is to help animals find the right person to love and care for them. We rescue an estimated 550 dogs and 330 cats, annually, and that number is growing!
