My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rizo is a medium-sized mixed-breed guy with charming little legs and an even bigger heart. He’s an all-around good boy: friendly, easygoing, and always excited to meet new people. Rizo leaves his kennel super clean, which tells us he may be well on his way to being house-trained, what a polite pup!
Rizo is new here so we’re not sure yet how he feels about other dogs, cats or young children yet.
If you’re searching for a sweet, happy pup who’s ready to brighten your days, Rizo is your guy! Come meet him or apply at ghhs.org

Additional adoption info

Adopters must be at least 19 years old.

If you rent, you must have permission from your landlord and pet fees must be paid in advance.

If adopting into a family, we require all members of the family to be in agreement about adopting. For families that already include another dog, we typically require a meet and greet; this may be hosted on the GHHS property, or at the potential adopter's home.

Some animals may require a home inspection.

Verification of current pet(s) vaccine/vet records.
