Meet Jag!
Do you like to yap? Because Jag loves to listen! This chocolate colored, pit bull/teddy bear (we think, not sure) mix wants nothing more than to cuddle up to his favorite people and take in all the baby talk and chit chat. He also lacks an understanding of personal space and thinks your lap is the perfect place for a 65 pound dog and your face is the best place for his licks.
At 64 lbs and 4 years old, Jaguar is the perfect mix of playful and gentle. He walks nicely on leash, is housebroken, crate trained and well behaved in the home and loves sleeping in in the mornings.
Jag is also....well...not the bravest boy. After a months long stay in the overcrowded NYC shelter system, he is working on his confidence but still gets scared sometimes. Don't let his burly looks fool you, Jag is a sensitive soul and can get spooked by fire trucks, people rushing by him unexpectedly or even a strong wind. He'll need a family that understands he's still building his confidence.
Jag would love a quieter home with an affectionate family. He has so much love to give and is so dedicated to his people. This big-hearted empath deserves the whole world!
