My name is Lucky. My foster mom named me that because, well, I am a lucky 🍀 boy! She found me on the side of the road, alone, blind and underweight 😔 I’m lucky that she took me home 🏠 with her and has taken care of me ever since!
I’ve learned so much already - like kennels aren’t too bad because I get treats and bones when I go in them. Treats and food 🦴 are most definitely a favorite thing of mine. I get super excited when I know I’m about to get some.
You want to know something else? I really love pets, especially from kids 👶 👧 👦 Kids are great! Dogs are also pretty cool 😎 They can be scary though when they run into me and I don’t know they are there wanting to play (that's one challenge of being blind!). But not to worry! I make my way around everything pretty well even though I can’t see. My other senses help me just fine and are heightened because I can’t see. I still like to do normal dog stuff like play with toys 🥎 I find all the toys with my nose 👃
They seem to think that I'm around 7 years young and I am still plenty active! Do you like to snuggle? Because I do! Our team will work on your application. Once approved, the foster parent will contact you for a meet and greet.

The foster will reach out to set up a meet and greet.

Take the Pet Home
If everyone agrees that the adoption is a good fit, you will sign our contract, pay their adoption fee and the dog can go home!
