My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Talia has just arrived in San Francisco after a journey up from Los Angeles, and this beautiful tabby is ready for a fresh start in the Bay. After leaving behind the bright lights and big-city bustle of LA, Talia is taking a little time to settle in and adjust to her new surroundings - and who could blame her? A move like that would make anyone a bit shy at first.

But once Talia feels safe, her gentle sweetness begins to shine. This lovely newcomer enjoys soft voices, cozy corners, and calm company as she takes in her new world. With patience and kindness, Talia will warm up quickly and show just how affectionate and charming she truly is.

If you’re hoping to welcome a cat with a tender spirit, a quiet elegance, and a heart ready for its next chapter, come meet Talia. This recent Angeleno is more than ready to trade palm trees for the fog and find a forever home to call her own.

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
