Cooper is a young, beautiful white Lab mix with a heart full of joy and a personality that can brighten any room. This lovable derpy boy is all about fun, play, and living life enthusiastically. He loves everything — toys, balls, playtime, walks, new people, old friends, and anything that looks even remotely fun. Cooper wants to be part of the action and is happiest when he’s romping around, carrying a toy, or showing off his goofy grin. He’s also fully ready for winter, with the spirit of a pup who can’t wait to bound through snowflakes and enjoy chilly outdoor adventures. Fun Fact: Cooper has perfected the “toy-stuffed-in-mouth while zooming” move — and he’s very proud of it.

AWD is always in need of foster homes for our pets who need time to grow, recovery from illness or injury or in need of a break from the shelter. Foster homes increase our capacity to provide services to homeless pets in our community. If you would like to donate toys, towels and milk-bones are always in need. Volunteer opportunities are also available at our shelters.
