My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*** Zac is at The Cat Cafe in downtown San Diego. ***

Zac #20062: brown/black tabby, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 5/1/25

Cats: needs a friend
Dogs: comfortable
Children: all ages

BACKGROUND: A cat in Mexicali gave birth to two kittens… and then one day a still-nursing kitten showed up and the momcat took him in as if he were one of hers. While his family of origin was never found, Zac happily blended in with his adoptive mom and siblings and they were able to move as a family unit to a foster home.

PERSONALITY: Zac is an easygoing and adaptable fellow who is sweet as can be! He enjoys attention and loves to be petted. If you give him some soft cuddly blankets and cozy bed options, he’ll be in heaven! Oh, and a tall cat tree, too, if you don’t mind. Zac does like to be up high with a good observation deck for looking around his world. As a young kitty, Zac loves playing with a variety of toys. He’s a gentle and passive kitty who loves his treats, canned meals, and spending time with people.

COMPATIBILITY: Zac greatly enjoys spending time with other cats and will be happiest to have a feline friend in his new home who is willing to cuddle up together for a nap. He needs that companionship. He is comfortable with cat-friendly dogs and will be a good companion to a respectful child who knows how to treat a cat well.

Zac is a special kitty who will soon find a special place in your heart!
