Here's what the humans have to say about me:
For what Eve lacks in height, she makes up for in spirit and in heart! You might recognize this little potato as the traveling companion of her mom, Noelle, our (now almost formerly) starved Dane mix gal. Noelle and Eve had another adventure together recently and went to a home over the weekend. It sadly didn't work out and both are back with us, but we've gleaned important new info - while they love each other, it seems Noelle can be protective of Eve in a home setting, so separate homes will be best. Both will need patience, consistency and some training to thrive! After all, they came from a place that allowed Noelle to starve and eat flooring, and that then (allegedly) abandoned both of them, so it obviously wasn't the most loving or stable environment. Noelle hopefully has another meet and greet this week, so wish her luck!
Eve is still just a puppy at about 10 months old and as far as we know, is a jumble of lots of fun breeds (pittie, boxer, Dane, etc.). Like any puppy, she'll need training to be the best dogs she can be, but she's pretty close to perfect in our eyes already. She LOVES people, loves other dogs, loves to play and run, loves to snuggle and is the definition of happy-happy-joy-joy. And those ears are simply irresistible! She is very interested in cats, but only because she's a puppy who wants to play with everyone, so slow introductions will be best. We think she previously lived with kids and was good with kids recently in a home. Eve does need some work on potty training at night, but she does great during the day! She'll be spayed soon and is microchipped and up to date on vaccines.
