Animal Profile: Meet Eggs! Eggs and her siblings were surrendered to our incredible rescue partner Saving Shelter Strays, by a family that was losing their home and could not take mom and babies with them. Their mom is a 'low rider' pittie mix (see the last photo!) Eggs is energetic, social and adorable. She is in a loving TX foster home while waiting for her ride to the PNW and is healthy and thriving.
Foster Update:
Meet Eggs

Eggs is an 8-week-old bundle of joy with a big personality packed into a tiny body. She’s friendly, brave, spunky, and incredibly affectionate—this little girl is happiest when she’s cuddled up next to her people.
Eggs is already off to an excellent start with her training. She sleeps peacefully in her crate and is doing really well with potty training, especially when she sticks to a routine. She’s also been very respectful of our resident dog, showing great social manners for such a young pup.
Despite her young age, Eggs has a confident, curious spirit and isn’t afraid to explore the world—then come right back for snuggles once she’s done being adventurous.
And yes, her name is Eggs… because she’s egg-stra sweet, egg-ceptionally cuddly, and guaranteed to scramble your heart in the best way possible.
If you’re looking for a loving, playful puppy who balances confidence with calm cuddle time, Eggs might just be your perfect match.
Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations per AVMA standards, microchip, negative heartworm test if over 6 months, and health certificate. Your donation may be tax deductible as DG is a 501c3 organization.
