Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
This helps Animal Care Centers of NYC | Manhattan with pet care costs.
I'm available for adoption at ACC's Pop-Up Event on:
Saturday, January 17 | 12pm - 4pm
ACC Bronx Resource Center
464 E Fordham Rd, Bronx, NY 10458
Adoptions are in-person and first come, first served, so make sure to get there early. You can apply for me now, but it will not put me on hold for you. I can't wait to meet you!
My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!
It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.
I am a cat that is in need of a lap! I can't wait to be your new lap cat.
Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!
I am finding the shelter a little overwhelming, but when it's just you and me and some peace and quiet you'll see what a love bug I am.
What my friends at ACC say about me:
Hazelnut was lying down in the den with a neutral body and eyes when removing the den cover. He sniffs treats offered and welcomes petting on the head. He slightly leans in for cheek rubs and then he steps back and tenses up a little bit when stroking his body. When applying gentle upward pressure on his side and chest, lifting him up to the ceiling of the den, he remains tense and lip licks. After placing him back down, he continues to tolerate more petting and cheek rubs.
