My foster writes: Ciao! My name is Caesar and I'm looking for some new territory to reign over - know any good places? I love to play, either with you or on my own with my toys. I also want to play with the resident cat in my foster home, but he isn't much fun so far. I'm a little bit shy and skittish, but curiosity always wins in the end, I want to know what's happening! I really like my dry food and always lick the bowl clean. The humans say I should go on a diet, but I'm not convinced. I'm sweet, quiet and well-mannered, and ready to settle into my new home!
A volunteer writes: Caesar would love to know what it's like to be wanted. Trying to do his part to find it, he's dutifully been taking notes on what he sees the other cats doing. His neighbors are usually sitting front and center, chit chatting and playing up any and all chances they get. Caesar looks at his notes and sighs, probably wishing that he could do that too. It's just that we're all a little different and that waving his paws around isn't quite his style. Instead Caesar sits tucked on top of his den, all sherbert and fluffy cheeks, but completely lost when it comes to making the friend he seeks. He graciously sniffed my hand before politely moving away. Though it would be great if Caesar would put himself out there just a teensy bit more to find a family, we know the right one will see him shining and trying his best.
