My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Agni Kai! 🐾🤎
Agni Kai is a handsome young adult brown tabby, about 9 months old, with a gentle soul and a very sweet nature. This shy boy needs a little time to adjust to new surroundings, but once he feels safe, his loving personality begins to shine through. He enjoys quiet companionship, soft voices, and gentle affection, and he truly blossoms when given patience and understanding.

Agni Kai would do best in a calm, peaceful home where he can settle in at his own pace and build trust on his terms. For someone willing to give him that time, he’ll reward you with tender moments, soft purrs, and a deep, loyal bond.

If you’re looking for a sweet, shy tabby who just needs a little extra patience to show how special he is, Agni Kai is ready to find his forever home. 🐱

More about this shelter

The Gulf Coast Humane Society is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization dedicated to serving the animals and community of Southwest Florida. We receive no federal, state, or county funding, nor do we receive financial support from the Humane Society of the United States. Instead, our lifesaving work is made possible through the generosity of individual donations, grants, bequests, and community fundraising efforts.

As a no kill shelter, Gulf Coast Humane Society is committed to providing compassionate care for unwanted, neglected, and abandoned animals. We never euthanize due to space constraints or the length of time an animal has been in our care. Our mission is to give every animal the second chance they deserve in a safe and loving environment.
