Phoebe is a gentle, laid-back little lady with a soft and sweet soul. She may take a few moments to warm up, but once she does, her affectionate side shines through. Pets take a bit of trust at first but when she’s ready, Phoebe melts into happy purrs that make it all worth the wait. She’s the kind of kitten who forms a special bond and rewards patience with quiet love and soothing cuddles. 💕

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
