Adoption Details
Most of Dexter's Kitties are fixed, chipped, SNAP combo tested and vaccinated for their age. The adoption fee is $150 for a kitten, $250 for two kittens. If you rent your home, we respectfully ask for your landlord or management company's information to confirm pets are allowed. If you own your home, we will check public records to confirm.
If the cat is still on our website, that means the cat is still currently available. If you have questions, your inquiries will be given priority if you submit an application at www.DextersKitties.org. We are a volunteer team and try to respond as quickly as time allows.
And finally please remember that cats can live more than 20+ years, so this is a LIFE TIME commitment. Please make sure you have the financial resources to cover emergency vet bills if your cat gets sick, a stable home, and someone to take the cat(s) if something heaven forbid happens and you can no longer care for them. Approve Application
If you own your home pls confirm it matches public records. If you rent pls provide landlord information so we can confirm pets are allowed.

We ask for a donation to help cover fostering expenses. Cash, check, PayPal, Credit Card, Venmo and Zelle are accepted.
Take the Pet Home
Please bring a proper cat carrier with you. Make sure you have a dedicated bathroom to socialize your cat slowly to your home.
