My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Saffron!

A chatty little wallflower with main-character energy. Saffron loves to talk (and squeak), especially in the mornings when she hears you wake up—cue rolling around, leg cuddles, and commentary. If the show you’re watching is really good, don’t be surprised if she starts watching too.

She’s a certified pom-pom enthusiast with polite evening zoomies, a fan of cozy dark hideouts, and a professional camera blocker (every photo attempt = face in the lens). Shy at first, but once treats, pets, and hand-fed freeze-dried purrpops appear, she blossoms fast.

Curious about other cats (and even fish!), possibly cool with a friendly cat or cat-savvy dog. Loves her own space, but will always pop out to say good morning—and good night. She's just a little shy, so she'd love to find a home with adult adopters, or with families who have cat-savvy children over the age of ten.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees help to cover the cost of the care the animal has received during their time with us, including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchipping, deworming, and flea treatment and basic foster care.

All potential adopters complete an application and are screened using a standardized series of questions by a trained adoption counselor. If the application and screening are satisfactory, a qualified adopter can complete a contract, pay the adoption fee and take the animal home.
