My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🧟‍♂️ AHHH!!! Real Monsters… 🐾🧟‍♀️

Straight out of the sewers (okay fine… a foster home), this Ahhh! Real Monsters–inspired litter is here to scream their way into your heart. These 8-week-old pittie mix puppies may be monsters in name, but they’re nothing but sweet, wiggly, kiss-giving babies in real life.

Meet the crew:
🖤 Gromble (female)
The perfect mix of playful and cozy. She’s down to romp with her siblings, but when it’s time to rest, she’s a total snuggle bug who wants to be right by your side.

🎉 Krumm (female)
The life of the party! Krumm makes friends with everyone she meets and brings nonstop joy wherever she goes. If you’re looking for a social butterfly with a goofy streak, she’s your girl.

🧠 Hairyette (female)
Smart, curious, and always investigating her world. Hairyette is the thinker of the group—playful, confident, and ready to learn all the things (especially if treats are involved).

👁️ Ickis (male)
This adorable one-eared heartthrob is all about love and attention. He’s sweet, affectionate, and happiest when he’s soaking up snuggles and being told how handsome he is.

Their adoption fee is $275 each and includes their spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccines, and flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Meet and Greets can be scheduled with Approved Adopters.

Ready to bring a sewer-raised (but couch-loving) monster home?

These little “monsters” are proof that the scariest thing of all… is missing out on adopting one. 💚

Go meet their pets

Where are you located?
Pawsitive Tails does not have a physical location. All of our dogs live in loving foster homes throughout the Kansas City and Topeka area. This allows fosters to get to know each dog personally, so we can find the very best home for them.

What are your hours?
As a foster based rescue, every person with Pawsitive Tails is a volunteer. Because we do not have a facility, we do not have “open” hours but can be contacted between 8am and 9pm.

Can I stop in to visit dogs and play with puppies?
No. We require an approved application to be on file before meeting our dogs/puppies. In addition, our dogs live in foster homes, so we must work around the foster parents’ schedule.

More about this rescue

Pawsitive Tails strives to be something different in the animal adoption community. We simply want to help dogs and puppies find new homes by matching the right dog to the right family.

Pawsitive Tails is a not for profit organization focused on finding forever homes for dog and puppies. We are not a shelter and we do not have a facility - all the dogs in our program live in foster homes.
