My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Wendel!

Wendel is a very silly, energetic boy with a big personality and an even bigger love for people. One of his favorite things in the world is getting pet—especially while weaving happily through your legs to make sure he doesn’t miss a single scratch. He’s affectionate, charming, and always ready to make you laugh.

Wendel is also a smart pup who knows lots of tricks and loves showing them off. With his enthusiasm for learning and his playful energy, he’d thrive with a family who enjoys engaging with their dog and keeping life fun. If you’re looking for a goofy, affectionate companion who will keep you smiling, Wendel is ready to meet you!

This handsome guy thrives on attention, laughs easily at his own antics, and will absolutely keep you smiling on even your toughest days. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion who brings enthusiasm, cuddles, and a whole lot of charm into your life, Wendel is your guy

Additional adoption info

*Please note that walk-in appointments are welcomed and encouraged, and will be prioritized over online applications.

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your environment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
