Fawn & Tinkerbell are two adorable 14-week-old kittens searching for their forever home together! These sisters are the perfect mix of playful curiosity and sweet companionship, and they truly shine as a bonded pair.
Fawn is a busy little adventurer with a soft, observant side. She loves running and chasing with her siblings, then posting up by a window to watch birds and outdoor critters like it’s her personal nature channel. While she’s always dreaming up her next big adventure, Fawn makes sure to check in with her people so she doesn’t miss out on any love or action.
Tinkerbell is just as playful and curious, always on the move and eager to explore. She spends her days zooming around, play-hunting through windows, and discovering new hideouts. She’s confident, inquisitive, and happiest when she has fun places to chase and explore—especially with Fawn right by her side.
Both girls have typical kitten energy: playful, bouncy, and full of life. They currently live in a single-family home with three adults, resident cats, and a German Shepherd. The dog is very fond of them… the kittens are still deciding how they feel about that.
Their ideal home would include people who want to play, cuddle, and laugh at kitten antics, plus windows to watch the world go by and fun spaces to chase and hide. They’d love to stay together—they’re true partners in crime and balance each other beautifully.

Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.

Our animals live with foster families until they are placed in permanent homes and their foster families get to know the dogs and cats learning important information about the animals. For example, the foster family will know if the dog or cat is good with other animals or children, and will have a good idea of what kind of training, attention, and special needs the pet may require. This makes our foster families great resources for potential adopters!

What We Do
We help dogs and cats find homes with loving families through foster-based care. Every dog and cat lives with a foster family until they find their forever families. We provide all of their basic needs including proper food, veterinary care, behavior training, and supplies.
Through in-home fostering, we learn about each animal’s temperament, personality, likes/dislikes, and any medical needs. With this first-hand information, we can then find the right family for each dog and cat.
Our volunteers also educate the public on responsible companion animal care and represent respect for animals at all times. Whether we’re working with prospective new families, meeting people at public events, or socializing with friends and family, we encourage others to view and treat their pets as members of the family. We are their guardians, and they depend on us for companionship and care.
We spay/neuter prior to adoption.
We microchip all our Pet Haven Pets and remain as a secondary contact.
We make sure all pets are up to date on required vaccinations
We test for Heartworm and Lymes in all our dogs and are transparent in the results and treament
We test for FeLV/FIV and are transparent in the results. We believe that cats who test positive still deserve a chance at a quality home.
We do not euthanize animals unless they have untreatable health or behavioral conditions that deny them an acceptable quality of life or makes them a serious threat to people, other animals, or themselves.
How We Operate
We rely on adoption fees, tax-deductible donations, grants, and special events to keep our rescue operating. Our staff, Board of Directors, and volunteers have provided the passion and commitment to keep Pet Haven a safe haven for animals for almost 70 years.
We are committed to preventing pet homelessness through the SNIP Grant. Since 2005, we have granted more than $240,000 to organizations in Minnesota to support spay/neuter initiatives.
