My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pinky is a six-weeks-old tiny girl currently weighing around 2 lbs. She appears to be a Poodle/Terrier mix, possibly with a little Shih Tzu, though dad remains a mystery. With a petite mom, we expect Pinky to stay small.

Pinky may be one of the tiniest of the group, but she has a bright, loving personality. She is playful, affectionate, and adores being held close. She happily gives sweet puppy kisses and enjoys soaking up human attention. Pinky has been well socialized and is comfortable being handled, and she would do beautifully in a home ready for a petite puppy who will form a strong bond with her family.

Pinky will be ready to go to her forever home on February 23rd but you can get your application in today!

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $475
1 year - 6 years $425
7 years+ - $375

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
